The wooden glamping cabins are suitable for two people. The cabins are spacious, with a large window offering a beautiful view. Outside you can relax on green areas in the company of deer. The sanitary block with showers and toilets is 20–30 m away. All cabins have electricity, they are not air-conditioned, but heated in cooler months. So if you are passionate about glamping, Slovenia is becoming a true paradise for you! Our wooden cabins are built in a traditional spirit, and staying in them will be something truly special, authentic and genuine for you. Try them!

Modernly equipped wooden holiday cottages in the style of shepherd huts offer you comfort while evoking the spirit of traditional dwellings on Velika planina. One cottage can accommodate 4 + 1 persons. It includes a living room, bedroom, dining area, small kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. Climb the tower and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of glamping Slovenia Eco Resort. The tower is actually the world’s tallest hunting observation tower, standing at an impressive 18 meters, weighing 150 tons, and capable of accommodating more than 200 visitors at once. From the top, you’ll admire the stunning ambience of our resort, with your gaze stretching far beyond – all the way to the peaks of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps.

The red thread of our resort is our guests’ stay in the company of various animals. Children can also join us in the morning shepherd school, where we feed and carry out the daily care of the animals. You are also welcome if you simply want to observe our little animals and perhaps pet them. They are accustomed to human company.

That’s why we proudly present our pier, which – as part of the restaurant on the artificial lake – creates a truly pleasant ambience. Guests can dine on the pier in the company of ducks and trout swimming in the lake.

For play, they have access to a children’s playground that includes a large wooden play structure as well as extensive grassy areas for moving and playing according to their wishes. While they explore the surroundings, you can relax in the peaceful natural environment.

In Slovenia Eco Resort, we also have the Chapel of St. Christopher, the patron saint of travelers.
The chapel is essentially a replica of the Snow Mary Chapel from Velika planina and is suitable for both weddings and other religious ceremonies.
The chapel has one more special feature: a wishing bell that fulfills the wishes of our guests.

Slovenia boasts numerous natural beauties, among which is also the Kamniška Bistrica River. It is a torrent river, counted among the cleanest in Slovenia. Especially in its upper course, it has all the characteristics of a crystal-clear mountain river. You will find its spring 6 kilometers north of us, and besides its pleasant murmuring, it will refresh you wonderfully in the summer heat.
